Regional Sales Manager

Ihre Aufgaben

The Regional Sales Manager will provide the management of all aspects of sales of any of the HP US products or product lines. This includes the creation of quotes, presentation and the review of the quotes with customers, negotiating the project and transferring the order into project management. This position will guide the project from quoting to sales order entry to final billing and customer acceptance. This position will also coordinate and manage shows and internal open houses.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Developing and executing a sales strategies for WEMO products.
  • Developing a sales network (Representations) for WEMO products.
  • Key Account Management for certain Waldorf Technik and GeKu customers.
  • Developing and executing a Marketing strategy for WEMO products.
  • Representing HP US at shows, summits and conferences by being a speaker at those events and organizing exhibitions.
  • Working with Reps and the customer on quotes. This includes identifying needs, capturing the full scope of the project, putting the quotes together, with full awareness of the cost.

Ihr Profil

Education: Bachelor's Degree in a technical or engineering discipline.

Experience: Over five (5) years of experience as a project manager or in Sales in the plastics or automation industry.

Fluent in English and Spanish preferred.

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

  • This position requires knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel and Microsoft Project Manager or similar project management software.
  • Must be able to read and understand mechanical drawings.
  • Knowledge and experience of the plastic injection molding industry, experience selling automation or peripheral equipment in the plastics injection molding industry.
  • Candidate must be able to work effectively on their own and as a team player.
