Team Lead Engineer

Ihre Aufgaben

Primary Function


The key point of contact regarding all things engineering. The work is a balance of
identifying and implementing projects to meet safety, quality, throughput and cost
objectives while coordinating the work and work processes of the organization’s
engineering staff. A critical player in the integration of progressive engineering practices
into the daily operations, accommodating both strategic and tactical demands of the
organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership, Management and Accountability
  • Responsible for Profit-Loss of Assigned Projects
  • Responsible for Kick-off of Assigned Projects
  • Run L-10 Meetings for the Team
  • Define and Assign VTO Rocks and Tracking
  • Weekly Production Meeting with the Project Manager
  • Responsible for Design and Print Approval
  • Responsible for Annual Performance Reviews for the Gray Team or Green Team
  • Other Duties as Assigned

Ihr Profil

Skills & Competencies

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering (preferred) or minimum 3+ years of experience in process engineering
  • Experience leading teams or projects strongly desired
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, blueprints and procedure manuals
  • Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
  • Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Possess a strong analytical and technical background
  • Open and friendly attitude
  • Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written communications
  • Ability to work with others collaboratively
  • Lean manufacturing and continual process improvement experience
