HAHN Group Customer Survey
HAHN Group and its subsidiaries have experienced significant growth within the last couple years. We have quadrupled in size. Many new technologies have been added to our portfolio and we have increased our global reach. Today we would like to understand how you have perceived this development as well as this increase in value.
In order to tailor our services better to your requirements and needs, we will be starting our online customer survey next week. Our goal is to improve and meet your needs at the highest level.
We contracted the independent market research company 2HMforum to execute this survey. All information from the survey will be treated with confidentiality and made anonymous in accordance with the applicable data protection guidelines.
If you are one of the randomly selected clients, a member of the institute staff will contact you by phone in July/August for a brief interview. Otherwise you may receive a survey link to participate in the survey online.
We know that your time is valuable and made the survey as brief as possible. As a thank you for your participation, we will donate $20 for each participant to UNICEF, the United Nations Children’s Fund.
